Abstract
252,688. Boltshauser, H. May 28, 1925, [Convention date]. Surface condensers; condenser systems. - Steam from a driving turbine 1 is condensed in the tubes of a surface condenser 6 cooled by air drawn over them by fans 15 and by water trickling from a perforated pipe 14. The whole or part of the water raised by a pump 9 for passage through the pipe 14 is first passed through an ejector 12 which serves to draw air from the interior of the condenser through a pipe 13.
