Eccentric-actuated pumps; assembling parts; double-acting piston pumps.-A double-acting pump comprises a piston a reciprocated in a cylinder b by an eccentric c working in a slot in the piston and in a circular chamber d in the cylinder. The eccentric and its shaft e may be withdrawn by removing a side plate of the casing, and the piston may be withdrawn by removing an end plate h. Inlet and outlet ball valves are arranged at the ends of the cylinder.
