Submarine vessels.-In submarines in which the hull comprises a central resistant portion of circular cross-section terminating at the bow stern in non-resistant constructions in which the water ballast tanks and the torpedo tubes are located, the latter are divided into two or more compartments to form water tanks and to contain torpedo tubes. The resistant portion is compartmented into end sections C, F containing the storage batteries M<1>, M<2> and oil tanks N', N<2> whilst the propelling plant is located in the central portions D, E.
