Abstract

19,333. Gottmann, G. P. P. March 20, [Convention date]. Spray carburettors.- A tube D surrounded bv a movable sleeve K contains a movable sprayer C adapted to be lifted by suction as described in Specification 19,332/11. The upper end of the sleeve is inclined, and is pressed against the throttle B by a spring k. In the closed position of the throttle, sufficient mixture for slow running is supplied through the aperture b<1>, air entering by notches k<2>. The lift of the sprayer is limited by a pin C<2>. The main air supply enters at a' and through holes o, and passes a contracted portion E of the mixing-chamber. The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) describes also an additional movable sprayer placed at the side of the sprayer shown in Fig. 1, which is then used for slow running only. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
