Abstract
10,290. Warburton, J. S. April 7. Dark-slides. - A dark-slide or plate-holder is fitted integrally with a spring pin a, Fig. 1, for releasing the plate from its retaining ledge j. An auxiliary spring k at the upper part of the back presses the plate forwards, and the spring e in the lower groove then acts to throw the plate right-out of the dark-slide. The darkslide is for use with daylight developing-tanks, such as described in Specification 8405/10, [Class 98 (ii), Photographic processes &c.]. In lieu of a coiled spring, a flat spring a, Fig. 5, may be used.
