A camera, which may be cine, has a three way switch 7, 7a, 8, 8a with an actuating member 5 which connects the battery to a battery tester when in contact with strip 8 and to an exposure meter or flash light when in contact with the strip 7 and has a central neutral position; the member 5 also actuating a member which indicates its position. When in the "battery testing" position the switch is urged to the "OFF" position by a tension spring 9.
