Abstract

1361673 Connections to flues IMPERIAL METAL INDUSTRIES (KYNOCH) Ltd 10 April 1972 [13 April 1971] 9221/71 Heading F4W [Also in Division F2] A gas-fired water heating stove comprising an adaptor for interconnecting the combustion products outlet of a combustion chamber 6 to a balanced flue 20, 21 comprises a cowl 14 fitted over and secured to the open upper end of the chamber 6 and having apertures 17 directed along axes at right angles to one another in three sides and the top, and removable caps 23 for sealing off all but one of the apertures 17. The stove comprises a combustion air supply fan 3 and a secondary air supply chamber 5 having an inlet 13. An outer casing 1 of the stove is provided with openings 22 coaxial with apertures 17 and closable with cover plates 25. The caps 23 are secured to the cowl 14 by bolts 24.
