Gas stoves.-In a stove of the kind in which the products of combustion descend in the outer casing to an outlet at the level of the burner, the burner is enclosed within an air chamber g, carrying the chimney b and arranged within an cuter chamber k carrying the casing and the outlet e for the products of combustion. The outlet preferably surrounds the air-inlet pipe d as shown. The chimney b may be of the form shown in Fig. 2. The conical mixing-tube of the burner may have a ring of holes p near its top as shown in Fig. 2.
