Abstract

1,099,877. Spray carburetters. HONDA GIJUTSU KENKYUSHO KABUSHIKI KAISHA. Feb.3, 1966 [Feb. 15, 1965], No.4886/66. Heading F1B. The slide valve 4 of a constant suction type carburetter is arranged so that when in its lowest position the air passage 1B above the main jet 12 is such that at idle or slow speed running the suction is insufficient to draw fuel from the main jet 12, fuel for idle and slow running being provided by an idle orifice 19. A starting choke valve 14 is provided upstream of the slide valve 4.
