Abstract

1,026,893. Dispensing carton. EX-CELL-O CORPORATION. April 10, 1964 [April 15, 1963], No. 14876/64. Heading B8P. A thermoplastic coated paperboard carton in which the top of one of the end walls is folded outwardly to form a pouring spout, is provided with a non-straight score line 36, which may be arcuate, on each of its roof panels 25, 27 to assist in pushing the top of the wall to its open position. During sealing, the inner rib panels 45, 46 are heated to a lesser degree than the remainder of the closure, to facilitate opening.
