Abstract

La présente invention concerne une formulation de gel pour maintenir la viabilité de cellules cryoconservées, et une formulation de gel de cellules souches qui contient des cellules souches. La formulation de gel comprend les composants suivants en pourcentage en masse : 1 %-3 % d'alginate de sodium, 1 %-5 % de diméthyle sulfoxyde, 1 %-5 % de propylène glycol, 1 %-5 %de polyphénol, 2%-10% de dextran, 1 %-5 % de sérumalbumine humaine et de l'eau ou une solution saline d'acide phosphorique supplémentaire. Cette formulation de gel est biocompatible et facile à utiliser, elle peut maintenir l'activité élevée de cellules et être cryoconservée directement sans cryoconservation traditionnelle à l'azote liquide. Après avoir été réanimée, la formulation de gel de cellules peut encore maintenir une activité élevée des cellules et le caractère souche de cellules, elle peut donc être utilisée pour le traitement d'une blessure cutanée ou d'une lésion mucosale.
