Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet des compositions pour la culture in vitro de cellules, caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent au moins un facteur de croissance en association avec au moins un composé choisi parmi le groupe constitué par un sel de zinc, l'inositol sous l'une quelconque de ses formes stéréoisomériques et la carnitine ou un dérivé de la carnitine. L'invention a également pour objet des procédés de fécondation in vitro et des procédés de maturation de follicules, de cellules germinales mâles, ou d'embryons utilisant de tels adjuvants de milieux de culture, ainsi que des kits pour la mise en œuvre de ces procédés et comprenant un lyophilisat susmentionné et une solution aqueuse, contenant les autres constituants desdits milieux de culture.
