Abstract

La présente invention divulgue un tamis moléculaire de type Na-Y et un procédé de préparation du tamis moléculaire de type Na-Y, un tamis moléculaire de type H-Y et un procédé de préparation du tamis moléculaire de type H-Y, un catalyseur d'hydrocraquage, et un procédé d'hydrocraquage. Le diamètre moyen du grain du tamis moléculaire de type Na-Y est de 2 à 5 µm, et la somme des volumes des pores de diamètre de 1 à 10 nm représente 70 à 90 % du volume total des pores du tamis moléculaire de type Na-Y. Le tamis moléculaire de type H-Y obtenu à partir du tamis moléculaire de type Na-Y à gros grain peut être utilisé comme un composant acide dans le catalyseur d'hydrocraquage. Lorsque le catalyseur d'hydrocraquage contenant le tamis moléculaire de type H-Y est appliqué dans la réaction d'hydrocraquage d'huiles lourdes qui contiennent des macromolécules, il peut fournir une meilleure activité de craquage et une meilleure capacité de sélection de produit dans la réaction d'hydrocraquage.
