Abstract
Le dispositif d'étalonnage d'un dispositif convertisseur analogique-numérique de l'invention destiné à étalonner la relation qui existe entre les phases de signaux d'horloge à N phases envoyés à N convertisseurs analogique-numérique respectivement comprend : un générateur de signaux de référence 58 pour engendrer un signal analogique en synchronisme avec les signaux d'horloge et l'appliquer aux convertisseurs ; un moyen de réglage de phase 268 pour régler la relation entre les phases des signaux d'horloge ; et un moyen de commande 270 pour sélectionner les valeurs numériques fournies par les convertisseurs à des points d'échantillonnage correspondants du signal de référence et commander le moyen de réglage de phase pour que ces valeurs numériques sélectionnées deviennent égales entre elles.
