Abstract

L'invention a pour objet de nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques solides à base d'alcaloïdes de l'ergot de seigle, permettant une libération contrôlée de ce principe actif. Les compositions pharmaceutiques de l'invention comprennent un noyau contenant un alcaloïde de l'ergot de seigle et un éther polyalcoxyalkylènestérolique. Ces compositions pharmaceutiques sont destinées à être administrées par voie orale sous forme de doses unitaires.
