Abstract

Direction assistée dans laquelle l'une des articulations des barres d'accouplement des roues directrices est utilisée comme capteur de force de la barre. La colonne de direction 1 est en prise avec la crémaillère 3' à l'aide du pignon 2. La crémaillère 3' est reliée à un levier non représenté et à une fusée d'essieu mobile autour d'un pivot vertical, une articulation 6 se trouvant au point de liaison. La tige du vérin 19' est reliée à la crémaillère 3' par le bras 18'. Les tubulures 22, 23 réunissent le vérin 19' à l'élément de réglage 24. Si l'effort manuel de braquage est important, les contacts électriques dans l'articulation envoient des signaux à l'appareil électrique de commande 17.
