Abstract

L'invention concerne la bonneterie. Le dispositif d'alimentation en fil faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type comprenant un étaleur de fil, ainsi que, montés sur un même arbre, une poulie d'entraînement 7 et un tambour alimentateur 8 solidaire de cette dernière, et est caractérisé notamment en ce que ledit tambour alimentateur est constitué de deux disques 9, 10 fixés sur ledit arbre et dont chacun comporte sur sa face orientée vers l'intérieur du tambour alimentateur, des rainures 11 disposées symétriquement par rapport au plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation du tambour alimentateur 8, et d'une bande élastique 12 disposée entre lesdits disques, dans leurs rainures respectives mutuellement opposées, et constituant la surface alimentatrice du tambour, le diamètre de cette surface étant variable par déplacement de ladite bande élastique suivant lesdites rainures. L'invention s'applique notamment à la fabrication d'étoffes de tricot à côtes croisées (<< interlock >>) ou de tricot combiné, avec différentes consommations de fil dans les divers systèmes de tricotage (chutes) des machines de bonneterie.
