Abstract

Selon ce procédé de composition de texte en lettres arabes, chaque lettre de base présentant plusieurs formes correspond à une seule touche du clavier. Lors de l'utilisation de cette touche la forme appropriée de la lettre de base à imprimer ou à transmettre est déterminée en fonction des caractéristiques de la touche immédiatement suivante ou des caractéristiques de la touche précédente et de la touche suivante. Ceci permet de réduire le nombre de touches d'un clavier et de faciliter la frappe de texte.
