Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une composition polymère contenant des halogènes, à combustion retardée, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : 1 degrés un polymère choisi parmi : a. les polymères dont 50 à 100 % de motifs récurrents proviennent d'un monomère contenant un halogène et qui est composé à insaturation éthylénique ou un composé saturé renfermant un halogène, ce dernier étant lui-même choisi par les acides dicarboxyliques en C4 -C20 et les diols en C2 -C 20 , b. les polymères ne contenant pas d'halogène et dont les motifs récurrents proviennent d'au moins un composé à insaturation éthylénique et c. des polymères de condensation ne contenant pas d'halogène choisis parmi les polyesters, les polyamides, les polycarbonates, les polymères d'époxydes et les polyuréthannes non cellulaires, tout polymère ne contenant pas d'halogène étant présent ne contenant pas d'halogène étant présent en combinaison avec une quantité d'un composé organique halogéné équivalente à 7 à 40 % de chlore ou à 3 à 20 % de brome, par rapport au poids du polymère, ledit halogène étant le chlore ou le brome; et 2 degrés de 0,3 à 50 % par rapport au poids du polymère de sulfure de zinc.
