Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de ligantes termoenduracibles para revestimientos depositables catódicamentecaracterizado porque se hace reaccionar (A) policondensados conteniendo grupos hidroxilo con un número de hidroxilo de por lo menos 40 mg KOH/g con un peso molecular medio de un máximo de 5000 con (B) compuesto quepor moléculacontienen como promedio de 08 hasta 15 con preferencia un grupo de isocianato libre y por lo menos un átomo de nitrógeno terciariobásicoalifáticamente enlazadoasí como eventualmente con (C) compuestos quepor moléculacontienencomo promediode 08 hasta 15 preferentemente un grupo libre de isocianato y 1 hasta 3 dobles enlaces olafínicosa temperaturas de 10 hasta 100ºCpreferentemente de 50 hasta 80ºC hasta un valor de NCO de prácticamente 0 y el producto de reacción se neutraliza parcial o totalmente con ácido inorgánicos y orgánicos.
