Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아미드 수지(A) 및 에틸렌과 불포화 에폭시드의 하나 이상의 공중합체(B)를 주성분으로 하는 사출 성분에 관한 것으로서, 상기 공중합체(B)는 상기 에폭시드를 공중합시키거나 또는 그라프트화시킴으로써 수득되고, 유리하게는 상기 공중합체(B)는 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트/글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체이며, 상기 (A)와 (B)를 함유하는 조성물의 용융 흐름 지수는 (A)의 용융 흐름 지수 대(B)의 중량%의 0.175배의 비 보다 크다.

Claims (7)

  1. 폴리아미드 수지(A) 및 에틸렌과 불포화 에폭시드의 하나 이상의 공중합체(B)를 주성분으로 하며, 상기 공중합체(B)는 상기 에폭시드를 공중합시키거나 또는 그라프트화시킴으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (B)는 상기 (A)+(B)의 25중량% 이하, 및 유리하게는 10 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성분.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(B) 중의 에폭시드의 양은 상기 (B)의 10중량%이하, 및 유리하게는 0.1 내지 8%인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성분.
  4. 폴리아미드(A) 및 에틸렌과 불포화 에폭시드의 공중합체(B)를 포함하며, 상기 공중합체(B)의 양은 상기 조성물의 용융 흐름 지수가 폴리아미드(A)의 용융 흐름 지수 대 공중합체(B)의 중량%의 0.175배의 비 보다 크도록 하는 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
  5. 폴리아미드(A) 및 에틸렌과 불포화 에폭시드의 공중합체(B) 충분량을 포함하고, -40℃에서 상기 조성물의 샤르피 충격 강도는 폴리아미드(A)만의 충격강도의 3 내지 6배이며, 상기 공중합체(B) 중의 에폭시드의 양은 상기 조성물의 용융 흐름 지수가 폴리아미드(A)의 용융 흐름 지수 대 공중합체(B)의 중량%의 0.175배의 비 보다 크도록 하는 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(B)는 (메트)아크릴레이트 40중량% 이하와 불포화 에폭시드 10중량% 이하를 함유할 수 있는 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트/불포화 에폭시드 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 사출 성분.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체(B)는 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 20 내지 35중량%와 글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트 0.1 내지 8중량%를 함유하는 에틸렌/알킬(메트)아크릴레이트/글리시딜(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 또는 사출 성분.
