Claims (9)

  1. (A)열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지, 및 (B)하나 이상의 에폭시 그룹-함유 비닐 단량체를 함유하는 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체를 폴리오르가노실옥산 고무와 폴리알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 고무가 서로 비분리적으로 일체화된 배합 고무상에 그래프트-중합반응시킴으로써 수득된 폴리 오르가노실옥산 그래프트 공중합체를 주요 수지로서 포함하는 수지 성분들을 포함하는 혼합물을 용융- 혼합시킴으로써 수득된 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지가 폴리 부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리(1,4-사이클로헥산디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹원인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 배합 고무가, 오르가노실옥산, 폴리오르가노실옥산 고무용 가교 결합제 및 경우에 따라 폴리오르가노실옥산 고무용 그래프트-결합제를 에멀젼-중합반응시킴으로써 수득된 폴리오르가노실옥산 고무의 존재하에서 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 고무용 가교 결합제 및 폴리알킬(매트)아크릴레이트, 고무용 그래프트-결합제를 중합반응시킴으로써 수득된 배합고무인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노옥산 그래프트 공중합체중 에폭시 그룹-함유 비닐 단량체로부터 유도된 성분의 양이 1 내지 40중량％인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실옥산 그래프트 공중합체중 에폭시 그룹 -함유 비닐 단량체로부터 유도된 성분의 양이 2 내지 30중량％인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실옥산 그래프트 공중합체중 하나 이상의 에폭시 그룹-함유 비닐 단량체를 함유하는 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체의 양이 2 내지 60중량％인 폴리 에스테르 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실옥산 그래프트 공중합체 라텍스의 평균 입자 크기가 0.08 내지 0.6㎛인 폴리 에스테르 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성폴리에스테르 수지와 폴리 오르가노실옥산 그래프트 공중합체의 혼합량이 전자가 99 내지 60중량부이고 후자가 1 내지 40중량부(여기서, 두가지 성분의 총량으 100중량부이다)인 폴리 에스테르 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지(A) 및 폴리오르가노실옥산 그래프트 공중합체(B)를 주요수지로서 포함하는 수지 성분들의 총량100중량부당, 충전제 10 내지 300중량부를 함유하는 폴리 에스테르 수지조성물.
