Abstract

L'organe ouvreur proprement dit est un anneau 6, pouvu sur son pourtour d'aiguilles ouvreuses 7. L'anneau 6 est dimensionné de manière à pouvoir être glissé sur le porte-anneau 1 et à faire encore légèrement saillie au-delà de celui-ci dans cette position d'emboîtement. La largeur a du porte-anneau est donc maintenue un peu plus faible que la largeur b de l'anneau en laiton 6. Pour fixer l'anneau 6 sur le porte-anneau 1, il est prévu un couvercle 8, susceptible d'être assujetti au porte-anneau au moyen de vis. Sur sa face terminale tournée vers l'anneau à aiguilles 6, le couvercle 8 possède un épaulement de centrage 10, servant à maintenir centré l'anneau à aiguilles 6 et correspondant au diamètre intérieur d de celui-ci. A l'état assemblé du cylindre ouvreur, la surface annulaire de l'épaulement de centrage 10 est donc repoussée contre la face terminale avant de l'anneau à aiguilles 6, qui est ainsi serré énergiquement entre le couvercle 8 et la bride annulaire 5.
