Abstract

L'invention concerne une tête de couplage opto-électronique, qui peut être soit une tête d'émission, couplant une diode électroluminescente avec une fibre optique, soit une tête de réception couplant une fibre optique avec une photodiode. La tête selon l'invention comporte une diode 13 (fig. 1) montée sur l'embase Il d'un boîtier 1 pour dispositif à semiconducteurs. Une pastille 14 et une rondelle 18, d'épaisseurs prédéterminées, permettent de fixer la distance entre face active de la diode et face d'entrée (ou de sortie) d'une fibre optique 15. Avant scellement du porte-fibre 16 sur le capot 12 du boîtier (par soudure annulaire 17) un ressort 19 et une rondelle 20 servent à plaquer le porte-fibre contre l'embase. Applications aux télécommunications optiques.
