Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'une albumine purifiée par précipitation fractionnée de plasma sanguin. Au plasma sanguin, on ajoute du polyéthylène-glycol (PEG) et l'on ajuste à pH 6-7 pour précipiter le fibrinogène et les globulines; on ajuste le liquide surnageant (150 à 300 mg de EG par litre) à un pH de 4,5-3,3 pour précipiter l'albumine ; on redissout l'albumine dans un milieu aqueux; on soumet à une thermocoagulation (50 degrés -65 degrés C; pH : 4,6-5,0) en présence d'acide caprylique, et l'on isole par précipitation l'albumine purifiée. L'albumine ainsi obtenue peut servir à des fins thérapeutiques.
