Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation de boulettes végétales, et les boulettes ainsi obtenues. Boulettes caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont essentiellement constituées par de la chapelure, par de la levure, par du sel aux herbes, par de la fécule de pommes de terre, par du soja, par de la graisse végétale, par des oignons, par de l'ail, par du persil, et par des oeufs. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de la fabrication de plats prépares ou semi-préparés.
