Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för framställning av 5,10-metenyl-(6R)-, 5-25 formyl-(6S)- och/eller 5-metyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyra samt . salter av dessa, kännetecknat av att a) 5,10-metenyl-(6R,S)- tetrahydrofolsyran eller ett sait av denna fraktionskristal-liseras med en stark syra, och om sä önskas, omvandlas den erhällna 5,10-metenyl-(6R)-tetrahydrofolsyran genom behand-30 ling med ett hydrolyserande medel till 5-formyl-(6S)-tetrahydrof olsyra eller genom behandling med aikaiiborhydrid el-ler ett komplex av borhydridderivat omvandlas tili 5-metyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyra eller omvandlas en erhällen fri syra tili ett av dess det inre salter genom behandling med bas 35 eller b) fraktionskristalliseras saltet i 5,10-metenyl- (6R,S)-tetrahydrofolsyra, den erhällna 5,10-metenyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyran avskiljs och frän moderlösningen isoleras 5.10- metenyl-(6R)-tetrahydrofolsyra och om sä önskas om- 93960 vandlas genom behandling med hydrolyserande medel till 5-formyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyra eller genom behandling med aikaiiborhydrid eller ett komplex av borhydridderivat till 5-metyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyra eller omvandlas den erhällna 5 fria syran till ett av dess salter genom behandling med en bas.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknat av att diastereomerseparationen genom fraktionskristallisering ut- 10 förs i ett polärt lösningsmedel eller en blandning av dessa.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att diastereomererna fraktionskristalliseras ur ett polärt lösningsmedel eller en blandning av dessa genom tillsats av 15 kristalliseringsmedel.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknat av att för fraktionskristalliseringen används ett polärt organiskt lösningsmedel som lösningsmedel och en vattenhaltig mineralsyra : 20 eller vatten som kristalliseringsmedel, eller ett koncentre-rat vattenhaltigt mineralsalt som lösningsmedel och vatten som kristalliseringsmedel.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kän-25 netecknat av att myrsyra används som lösningsmedel och en vattenhaltig fri syra som kristalliseringsmedel.
6. Användning av en 5,10-metenyl-(6R)-tetrahydrofolsyra framställd enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5 för framställ- 30 ning av 5-formyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyra genom hydrolys.
7. Användning av 5,10-metenyl-(6R)-tetrahydrofolsyran framställd enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5 för framstäi1-ning av 5-metyl-(6S)-tetrahydrofolsyra genom reduktion. 35 8. 5,10-metenyl-(6R)-tetrahydrofolsyra framställd enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5 och salter av denna. 2„ 93960
9. Det inre saltet i 5,10-metenyl- (6R)-tetrahyrofolsyra samt [5,10-CH-(6R)-THF]-fosfat, -nitrat, -sulfat, - toluol-sulfonat, -bensolsulfonat, -metansulfonat, -oxalat, -ma-leinat och -trikloracetat. II
