Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för förbränning av fast bränsle, som har valts ur en grupp omfattande lignit eller salthaltigt brunkol, i 5 avsikt att alstra och tillvarata värmeenergi, kännetecknat av att fast material förbränns i en reaktor med cirkulerande virvelbädd sä, att a) ett bränsle innehällande alkaliföreningar med läg smält-10 punkt samt syrehaltig gas inmatas i reaktorn med cirkulerande virvelbädd sä, att förbränningen sker i virvelbädden, och heta avloppsgaser som innehäller Stora mängder fastämnespartiklar avlägsnas ur reaktionskammaren; 15 b) fastämnespartiklar som avskilts ur de frän reaktionskammaren avlägsnade avloppsgaserna ätercirkuleras tili reaktionskammaren sä, att de bildar en del av virvelbädden ; 20 c) i reaktionskammaren inmatas som reagens kaolin, som under förbränningen reagerar med de i bränslet ingäende alkalifö-reningarna med läg smältpunkt sä, att det uppstär alkalime-tallföreningar med en smälttemperatur högre än ca 950°C; • 25 d) syrets och bränslets inmatning och/eller andra pä förbrän-ningstemperaturen inverkande parametrar regleras sä, att temperaturen är 750 - 950°C i reaktionskammarens alla delar, varvid agglomerering av virvelbäddsmaterialet, sintring av bränslet och ökad skiktbildning i virvelbäddsreaktorns 30 funktionsdelar undviks: och att * e) man förfar enligt steg d) genom att avlägsna och tillvarata värmeenergi direkt ur reaktionskammaren genom att utnyttja pä reaktionskammarens väggar eller i reaktionskammaren placerade 35 värmeätervinningsytor. 2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att reagensen initiates i reaktionskammaren i fast partikelform.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att 5 bränslet och reagensen hopblandas med varandra innan de tillförs i reaktionskanunaren.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att bränslets alkaliföreningar innehäller natrium- och kaliumsal- 10 ter och att systemet tillförs tillräckligt med kaolin, sä att Al/(Na och K)-molförhällandet är ätminstone 1,0 och de oreagerade kaolinpartiklarna avskiljs och ätercirkuleras enligt steget b).
