Abstract
DISCLOSED IS A COMBUSTION METHOD FOR A CFB BOILER (1) USING BIOMASS FUEL. THE COMBUSTION METHOD IS CHARACTERIZED BY ADDING A FERRONICKEL SLAG TO THE BIOMASS FUEL THAT IS BURNED IN THE FLUIDIZED BED BOILER. GENERATION OF ALKALI SILICATE CAN BE SUPPRESSED BECAUSE MAGNESIUM OXIDE IS CONTAINED IN THE FERRONICKEL SLAG. ACCORDINGLY, A POSSIBILITY THAT POOR FLUIDITY OCCURS IN CONJUNCTION WITH GENERATION OF LOW-MELTING-POINT COMPOUNDS DECREASES AND THE OPERATION OF THE CFB (1) BOILER AT HIGH TEMPERATURES IS POSSIBLE. AS A RESULT, IT BECOMES EASIER TO IMPROVE ENERGY RECOVERY EFFICIENCY.
