Claims (4)
- バナジウム含有の石油系燃料を燃料とする流動床式の燃焼炉を備える燃焼設備において、
前記燃焼炉内に燃焼用の空気を導入する空気導入部と、
前記空気導入部よりも前記燃焼炉の底側に設けられると共に、前記燃焼炉から排出された排ガスを前記流動床内に導入する流動化ガス導入部と、
前記燃焼炉から排出された排ガスを受け入れ、前記排ガス中の固形物を前記排ガスから分離する固体分離部と、
前記固体分離部によって前記排ガスから分離除去された固形物を前記燃焼炉に戻す返送ラインと、
前記返送ライン上に設けられると共に、前記燃焼炉から前記固体分離部への逆流を防止するループシールと、
前記燃焼炉から排出された排ガスを、前記流動化ガス導入部を介して前記流動床内に導入すると共に、前記ループシールに導入する排ガス返送ラインと、
前記排ガス返送ラインを通る排ガスを再加熱する再加熱手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃焼設備。 - 前記ループシールに酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムの少なくとも一方を供給する溶融防止材供給部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼設備。
- 前記ループシールに製鋼ダストを供給する製鋼ダスト供給部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼設備。
- 前記流動床を形成するベット材として、通常使用される砂であるケイ砂に代えて、アルミナ触媒及びアルミナ主体の廃触媒の少なくとも一方を用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の燃焼設備。
