Claims (11)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett transaminas, kannetecknat därav, att man odlar E. coli DH-1 5 (ATCC 33849) och isolerar transaminaset, vars molekylvikt är 25 000 - 100 000 dalton och vars isoelektriska punkt är inom pH-omrädeti 3,5 - 5,5 och vars pH-optimi är inom omrädet: 8,0 - 9,0, och 10 med en substratspecifitet för L-fosfinotricin, γ-amino-smörsyra och glutamat som donator av aminogruppen och motsvarande ketoföreningar som acceptor för aminogruppen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kannetecknat därav, att odlingen utförs i en temperatur 15 pä 20 - 40 °C.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att odlingen utförs i en temperatur pä 25 - 37 °C.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, 20 kannetecknat därav, att odlingen utförs vid ett pH-värde pä 5 - 8,5.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att odlingen utförs vid ett pH-värde pä 5,5 - 8,0.
6. Användning av transaminaset erhället enligt pa tentkravet 1 för transaminering av (3-karboxi-3-oxo-pro-py1)-mety1-fos finsyra.
7. Användning enligt patentkravet 6, känne-t e c k n a d därav, att transamineringsreaktionen utförs 30 vid 20 - 60 °C.
8. Användning enligt patentkravet 6 eller 7, kännetecknad därav, att transamineringsreaktionen utförs vid ett pH-värde pä 4 - 12.
9. Användning enligt ett eller flere av patentkra-35 ven 6-8, kännetecknad därav, att transami- naset används i immobiliserad form.
10. Användning enligt patentkravet 9, kanne-t e c k n a d därav, att man som bärarmaterial använder ett kopolymerat ur vinylacetat och divinyletylenurea.
11. Transaminas, kännetecknat därav, att det isolerats ur E. coli DH-1 (ATCC 33849) och att - dess molekylvikt är 25 000 - 100 000 dalton, - dess isoelektriska punkt är inom pH-omrädet: 3,5 - 5,5 10. dess pH-optimi är inom omrädet: 8-9 - det har en substratspecifitet för L-fosfinotri-cin, γ-aminosmörsyra och glutamat som donator av amino-gruppen och motsvarande ketoföreningar som acceptor för aminogruppen.
