Claims (9)

1. Fluorerade akrylmonomerer, kännetecknade av att de sva-rar mot den allmänna formeln: CH. p JC I f/^nVnH-C-0-A-0C-C=CHo (II) I O I II II 2 O O NH-C-Q-W-R„ II O i vilken Rp representerar en perfluoralkylradikal med rak eller gre-nad kedja innehällande frän 2 tili 20 kolatomer, R representerar en väteatom eller företrädesvis en metylra-dikal, A representerar en tvävärd kedja med frän 2 tili 9 kolatomer, vilken kan innefatta en eller flera syreatomer, 31 9006.5 Q representerar en syre- eller svavelatom, eller gruppen -NR'-, där R' betecknar en väteatom eller alkylradikal inne-hällande 1-4 kolatomer, och W representerar en tvävärd ked, som är ansluten till Q via en kolatom och till gruppen Rp via en alkylenbro antingen direkt eller via en sulfonamido-, karbonamido-, eter-, tio-eter-, sulfonyl- eller karboxylestergrupp.
2. Monomerer enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknade av att perfluoralkylradikalen RF innehäller frän 4 till 16 kolatomer, R är en metylradikal, A är en -CH2CH2-bro, och -Q-W- är en -0-CH2CH2-, -S-CH2CH2- eller -0-CH2CH2N(R')S02CH2CH2-kedja, varvid R' representerar en väteatom eller en metylradikal.
3. Förfarande för framställning av monomerer enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att man i ett första steg bringar 2,4 -toluendiisocyanat att reagera med en i huvudsak ekvimolär mängd av en polyfluorerad förening med formeln: Rf - W - Q - H (III) tili bildning av en fluorerad isocyanat-uretan med formeln: CH3 J'q^N-C-O (IV) nh-c-q-w-rf o vilken man därefter omsätter med en i huvudsak ekvimolär mängd av en akrylester med formeln: R HO - A - O - C - C = CH, (V) II o 32 9 0 063 varvid symbolerna A, R, Rp, Q och W har samma betydelser som i patentkravet 1.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat av att man arbetar under inert atmosfär vid en temperatur frän av 30 till 90°C och i ett inert organiskt lösningsmedel.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3 eller 4, kännetecknat av att den polyfluorerade föreningen svarar mot en av föl-jande formler: Rp - CH2-CH2-OH rf - ch2-ch2-so2-n(r')-ch2ch2oh RF " CH2*CH2'SH i vilka Rp innehäller frdn 4 till 16 kolatomer och R' är en väteatom eller en metylradikal.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 3-5, kännetecknat av att estern enligt formeln (V) är 2-hydroxietylmetak-rylat.
7. Polymerer innehällande frän 10 tili 100 vikt-% enheter med den allmänna formeln: CH3 r JC I f^YNH-C-0-A-0C-C-CHo— (VIII) I OI il im 2 o o NH-C-Q-W-R- II O erhällna genom homopolymerisation av monomererna enligt patentkravet 1, genom sampolymerisation av nämnda monomerer med andra eventuellt fluorerade monomerer eller genom ymp-ning av en fluorerad isocyanat-uretan med formeln: 33 90 063 ch3 |^qJ-N=C=0 (IV) NH-C-Q-W-Rp II F 0 pä en akrylesterhomopolymer med formeln: R HO - A -OC - C = CH, (V) II 2 0 eller en sampolymer av en sädan ester med andra eventuellt fluorerade monomerer, varvid symbolen Rp, R, A, Q och W har samma betydelser som i patentkravet 1.
8. Sampolymerer enligt patentkravet 7, k&nnetecknade av att sammonomeren eller sammonomererna är valda bland alkyl-akrylater eller -metakrylater med formeln: R Rp - W - OC - C = CH~ F II 2 o och blandningar av dessa, varvid symbolerna Rp och R har samma betydelser som i patentkravet 1, W representerar en tvävärd kedja vald bland dem med formler-na: -(CH2)p- -(CH2)p-S02N-(CH2)q- R' och varvid symbolen R' betecknar detsamma som ovan och p samt q betecknar ett heltal 1-20.
9. Användning av polymererna enligt patentkravet 7 eller 8 för att göra olika substrat, särskilt hudar, oleofoba och hydrofoba.
