Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framställning av alkaliska injektions---- lösningar av torasemid innehällande vatten, som är färdiga för injicering, kannetecknat av att man suspenderar torasemid i ett organiskt lösningsmedel som är nästan fri av aldehyder eller ketoner och som väljs bland polyetylenglykol med molvikt frän 100 tili 1500, polypropylenglykol med mol-vikt frän 50 tili 1000, glyserin, propyleng1yko1, etanol och .·. propanol, varefter man löser torasemiden med tillsättningen av vattenlösning av alkali, man tillsätter fysiologiskt to-lererat alkaliskt buffert med buffertkapacitet upp tili 0,1 ekv/1 och andra hjälpmedel, man sätter pH-värdet tili omrä-det frän 9,3 tili 9,9 med tillsättningen av syror eller baser, varvid konsentrationen av torasemid ställer sig i omrä-det frän 2 tili 40 mg/1 och lösningsmedels mängd tili omrä- det frän 5 till 20 vikt-%, olösbara partiklar separeras med filtrering och den erhällna lösningen steriliseras. : 7 Π c'7 15 1 / y j f'j
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kannetecknat av att man använder som organiska lösningsmedlet sädant som inne-häller aldehyder mindre an 3 0 ppm, företrädesvis mindre än 10 ppm.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att man använder som det buffert natrium-, kalium- eller ammoniumsalt bland karbonat, fosfat, glycinat eller arginat, N-metylglukosaminat, natrium- eller kaliumsalt av kanrenoat och/eller furosemid eller nägot annat aminosyrabuffert och/eller trishydroximetylaminometan.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, känneteck-nat av att man ytterligare tillsätter med andra hjälpmedel fysiologiskt tolererad tensid eller reduceringsämne.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kannetecknat av att man ytterligare tillsätter med andra hjälpmedel ämne för att ästadkomma isotonisk halt.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att man tillsätter som isotonisk halt ästadkommande medel nat-riumklorid, fruktos, laktos eller glucos.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, känneteck- • : nat av att man använder säsom organisk lösningsmedel poly- etylenglykoler med molvikt frän 200 till 600, speciellt 400.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat av att steriliseringen genomförs med upphettningen till temperaturen av 100 - 130°C.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, känneteck- nat av att den nämnda lösningen fylls i ampuiler och den förvaras under kväveatmosfären.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknat av att den nämnda lösningen fylls i ampuller och den förvaras under kväveatmosfären. f) 7 QQ7 16 1 ! y J -j
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9, känneteck-nat av att man använder torasemid som partiklar med storle-ken under 10 μπι, företrädesvis under 2 μιη.
