Claims (13)
1. Maskinellt tvättförfarande med processtyrd dosering av mängden tvättmedel och vatten, k ä n n e - 5 tecknat därav, att man använder a) ett pastalikt, frän fosfatreducerat till fos-fatfritt tvättmedel, som är väsentligen fritt frän vat-ten, organiska lösningsmedel och hydrotropa föreningar och som bestär av en i temperaturomrädet under 10°C fly- 10 tande fas, vilken bildats av joniskt inaktiva tensider ur gruppen polyglykoleterförening, samt en i denna disperge-rad fast fas, i vilken partiklarnas medelkornstorlek är 5 - 40 pm och högst 5 % av partiklarna har en medelkornstorlek pä upptill 80 pm och vilken fast fas bildas av 15 tvättalkalier, sekvestrerande föreningar och andra tvätt-medelbeständsdelar samt eventuellt anjoniska tensider, samt ytterligare b) en processtyrd anordning för dosering av tvättmedel i tvättmaskinens tvättlösningsbehällare, med vilken 20 anordning tvättmedel tas ur förrädsbehällaren och leds till blandanordningen, där det utspädes med vatten ätmin-stone i den män att man undviker uppkomsten av en gelfas, varefter den vattenhaltiga blandningen leds, eventuellt . . via en mellanliggande utjämnings- eller förrädsbehällare, 25 till tvättmaskinen och utspäds vidare med vatten till en koncentration pä 0,5 - 10 g/1, ifall detta inte gjorts redan i blandanordningen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-tecknat därav, att koncentrationen av icke-joniska • : : 30 tensider i det pastalika medlet är 15 - 30, företrädesvis 18 - 20 och i synnerhet 20 - 25 vikt-%.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 och 2, k ä n -netecknat därav, att det pastalika tvättmedlet innehäller blandningar av vid läg temperatur smältande 35 icke-joniska tensider med annan etoxylationsgrad och eventuellt en annan längd pä kolkedjan. 28 86 084
4. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1 - 3, k ä n -netecknat därav, att det pastalika tvättmedlets vätskefas innehäller högst 12 vikt-% av ätminstone en fö-rening av en grupp, som inkluderar polyetylenglykoler med 5 liten molekylmassa, paraffinoljor och flytande etrar, vars kolvätekedja har 8-16 C-atomer.

Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1 - 4, k ä n -netecknat därav, att det pastalika tvättmedlet innehäller högst 4 vikt-%, företrädesvis 0,5 - 1,5 10 vikt-% sulfonattensid, som är C^Q.-^-alkylbenzensulfonat, Cii.is-alkansiilfonat, Cj^^g-alfa-olefin-siilfonat, alfa-sulfofettsyra eller dess ester, samt högst 1 vikt-%, företrädesvis högst 0,5 vikt-% .
6. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1 - 5, k ä n - 15 netecknat därav, att tvättmedlet innehäller 35 - 70 vikt-%, företrädesvis 40 - 65 vikt-% natriummetasili-kat.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-6, k ä n -netecknat därav, att den dispergerade fasta fa- 20 sens medelkornstorlek är 10 - 30 pm, företrädesvis 10 -20 pm, och den största kornstorleken är under 50 pm, företrädesvis under 40 pm.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1 - 7, k ä n -netecknat därav, att viskositeten, som uppmätts 25 med Brookfield-förfarande (6/10, vid en temperatur pä 20°C), hos det pastalika tvättmedlet som används är 20 -1000 Pa.s, företrädesvis 30 - 300 Pa.s.

Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -tecknat därav, att man använder en doseringsanord- • . 30 ning, som tili sinä väsentliga delar bestär av följande delar: *'· ] en förrädsbehällare (1) för tvättmedelpastan (2) upptagnings- och inmatningsorgan (3) för pastan en blandanordning (4) för blandning av pastan i - 35 vatten, som tas längs en inmatningslinje (5) 29 86084 en inmatningslinje (6), som leder tili driftstäl-let (tvättmaskinen) (8) styranordning (9), som registrerar behovet av tvättmedel eller tvättlösning och vid behov styr inmat-5 ningsorganens (3), blandanordningens (4) och inmatnings-linjens (5) funktioner medräknat vatteninmatningsdose-ringen via inmatningslinjen (6).
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att pastan utspäds i blandanord- 10 ningen (4) med avhärdat vatten i förhällande 2:1 - 1:10, företrädesvis 3:2 - 1:3.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 9 och 10, kännetecknat därav, att anordningen vidare innehäller en utjämningsbehällare (7). 15
12. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 9 och 10, kännetecknat därav, att inmatningsorganens (3), blandanordningens (4), inmatningslinjens (5) och in-matningslinjens (6) funktion styrs synkroniserat pä driftstället (i tvättmaskinen) (8) enligt den uppmätta 20 utspädda tvättlösningens ledningsförmäga.
13. Förfarande enligt ett eller flera av patentkraven 9- 12, kännetecknat därav, att bland-anordningen är en enligt vattensträlpumpsprincipen funge-rande injektor med en inbyggd spärrventil.
