Claims (11)
1. Muovipäällystetty teräsputki, joka sisältää ainakin yhden kerroksen hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioitua polyolefiinia, t u n - 5. e t t u siitä, että hydrolysoitava silaani on tyydyttämätön alk-oksisilaani.
1 Patenttivaatimukset
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioitu polyolefiinikerros ]0 on ristisidottavissa kosteuden vaikutuksen alaisena ja mahdollisesti silanolikondensaatiokatalysaattorin avulla.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu silanolikondensaatiokatalysaattori on lisätty 15 hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioituun polyolefiiniin tai johonkin muuhun polymeeriin ennen päällystystä.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu silanolikondensaatiokatalysaattori on dibutyyli- 20 tinadilauraattia, dioktyylitinadilauraattia.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että tyydyttymätön alkoksisilaani on vinyylitrimetoksisilaania, vinyylitrietoksisilaania, vinyylimetyylidimetoksisilaania, vinyyli - 25 metyylidietoksisilaania, vinyylidimetyylimonometoksisilaania, vinyyli-dimetyylimonoetoksisilaania, vinyylitri-/J-metoksietoksisilaania, allyylitrimetoksisilaania, allyylitrietoksisilaania, metakryloksi-propyylitrimetoksisilaania tai metakryloksipropyylitrietoksisilaania.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu hydrolysoitava silaani on kopolymerisoitu tai oksastettu polyolefiiniketjuun.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu 35 siitä, että hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioitu polyolefiini on polyeteeniin, eteenikopolymeriin tai polypropeeniin perustuva. i7 80 853
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioitu polyolefiini on LDPE, EVA, EBA, EEA, EMÄ, HDPE, LMDPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, ULDPE, PP tai näiden seos. 5
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että se on päällystetty kahdella muovikerroksella; hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioidulla polyolefiinikerroksella ja ulommalla kerroksella, joka koostuu noen kanssa sekoitetusta polyolefiinikom- Ί0 poundista.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että se on päällystetty kolmella muovikerroksella; epoksiker-roksella, hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioidulla polyolefiiniker- 15 roksella ja ulommalla kerroksella, joka koostuu noen kanssa sekoitetusta polyolefiinikompoundista.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 tai 10 mukainen teräsputki, tunnettu siitä, että mainittu silanolikondensaatiokatalysaattori on 20 lisätty noen kanssa sekoitettuun polyolefiinikompoundiin ennen päällystystä ja että se diffudoituu päällystyksen ulkokerroksesta hydrolysoitavalla silaanilla modifioituun polyolefiinikerrokseen, joka tällä tavalla ristisidotaan. 25 30 35
