Claims (5)

Katalysatorsystem för frametällning av blandning- ar av metanol och höare alkoholer ur syntesgas, vilket system bestar av grundämnena zink, krom, koppar, en eller flera alkalimetal-ler och eventuellt andra metaller, varvid samtliga desaa 5 grundämnen eller endast en del av dem är kemiskt bundna vid syre och/eller vid varandra, kännetecknat därav, att deras empiriaka formel är Zn .Crw · Cviy .Ay .Me ^*0^ i vilken formel w är inom gränserna 0,1...0,8, 10 x är inom gränaerna 0,005...0,05, y är inom gränserna 0,002...0,2, z är inom gränaerna 0...0,1, t är inom gränserna 3,75...1»3» varvid deas värde är sädant, att det motavarar de valenaer, vanned grundämnena förekommer 15 i katalysatorn, A är en eller flera alkalimetaller, och Me är nägon eventuellt ovan preaenterad metali, eller molyb-den, mangan, cerium, aluminium, titan, vanadin eller en bland· ning av deaaa.
