Claims (9)

1 H 'ry'" r7 R6 där minst en av symbolerna - R„ är en hydroxylgrupp och de andra symbolerna är väteatomer eller substituente vilka är inerta under reaktionsbetingelserna, som används, och Rg är en lägre al-kylgrupp, O-metyleras i ett inert lösningsmedel med en förening med formeln CH3 _ j1—- CH3 · X ® II ^ CH3 där X® är en hydroxylgrupp eller en lägre alkoxigrupp, varefter reaktionsprodukten isoleras och, om sä önskas, omvandlas tili ett farmakologiskt godtagbart sait.
1. Förfarande för O-metylering av hydroxiaporfiner, k ä n-netecknat därav, att de fenoliska hydroxylgrupperna i en förening raed formeln fl H\^H H H
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet l,kännetecknat därav, att alkyleringsmedlet, som används, är fenvltrimetylammonium-metylat eller fenyltrimetylammoniumetylat.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, känneteck--n a t därav, att O-metyleringen utförs vid en temperatur av 100 - 15 0°C.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3,kännetecknat därav, att O-metyleringen utförs vid en temperatur av 110 - 135°C.
