Claims (10)

1. Som herbicid användbar förening raed formeln: 0 II (RO) 2-P-CH2-N--CH2 nc-ch2 (i) J2 där R är fenyl, som kan vara substituerad med 1-2 halogen-, lägrealk-yl-, lägrealkoxi- och/eller lägrealkyltiosubstituenter.
2. Förening enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att R är fenyl, toluyl, metoxifenyl, xylyl, klorfenyl, metyl-tiofenyl eller klortoluyl.
3. Herbicidisk komposition, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en herbicidiskt effektiv mängd av en förening med formeln: O II (RO) 2-P-CH2-N---CH2 nc-ch2 (i) 2 där R är fenyl, som kan vara substituerad med 1-2 halogen-, lägre alkyl- , lägre alkoxi- och/eller lägre alkyltiosubstituenter, och att inert utspädningsmedel.
4. Herbicidisk komposition enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en herbicidiskt effektiv mängd av en förening med formeln (I), där R är fenyl, toluyl, metoxifenyl, xylyl, klorfenyl, metyltiofenyl eller klortoluyl, och ett inert utspädningsmedel.
5. Herbicidisk metod, kännetecknad därav, att en växt bringas i kontakt med en förening med formeln: 20 6 6 6 21 O II (RO) _-P-CH0-N--CH„ £, £ | ^ NC—CH~ L 2 J2 m där R är fenyl, som kan vara substituerad med 1-2 halogen-, lägrealk-yl-» lägrealkoxi- och/eller lägrealkyltiosubstituenter, genom att ut-sprida föreningen i en mängd av ca 0 ,25 - ca 25 kg/ha pä växtens till-växtställe.
6. Herbicidisk metod enligt patentkravet 5, känneteck-n a d därav, att en växt bringas i kontakt med en förening enligt formeln (I), där R är fenyl, toluyl, metoxifenyl, xylyl, klorfenyl, metyltiofenyl eller klortoluyl genom att utsprida föreningen i en mängd av ca 0,25 - 25 kg/ha pä växtens tillväxtställe.
7. Förfarande för framställning av en förening med formeln: O ~~ II (RO) _-P-CH0-N--CH0 £ £ | / NC-CH2 (i) O L· där R är fenyl, som kan vara substituerad med 1-2 halogen-, lägrealk-yl-, lägrealkoxi- och/eller lägrealkyltiosubstituenter, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att en blandning bildas av en hindrad fenyl-azometin och en förening med formeln: O II (ro)2-p-ch2-nh-ch2-cn där R har den ovan definierade betydelsen, och upphettas under vakuum tills utvecklingen av en hindrad anilin upphör.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknat därav,att den hindrade fenylazometinen har formeln:
