Claims (14)
1. För förpackingsändamäl användbar flerlagerfolie, som omfattar ett av en 2-6 kolatomer i molekylen innehällande alfaolefin bestäende polymer- eller sam-polymersubstratlager, som ätminstone pä den ena ytan har ett av propylen och en annan alfaolefin bestäende lager, kännetecknad därav, att molekylen av nämnda andra alfaolefin innehäller 4-10 kolatomer, propylensampolymeren ar väsentligen kristallin och propylenhalten av propylensampolymeren är 80-95 vikt-'·. av sampolymeren.
2. Folie enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att propylensampolymeren i kornig form före bildande av folielagret har en smältindex mätt med standardförfarandet ASTM/D 1238-65T (villkor N) av 10-200 g/10 minuter.
3. Folie enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att den andra alfaolefinkomponenten i propylensampolymerlagret är buten-1.
4. Folie enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad därav, att buten-1-halten av propylensampolymerlagret är 10-15 vikt-% av sampolymeren.
5. Folie enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att propylensampolymerlagret innehaller en sampolymer, som före sampolymerens förening med flerlagerfolien har en kristallinitetsgrad av 35-65 %.
6. Folie enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad därav, att tjockleken av propylensampolymerlagret pä substratlagrets yta är högst 0,5 ^im.
7. Folie enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknad därav, att propylensampolymerlagret har en tjocklek av 0,05-0,25 ^um.
8. Folie enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknad därav, att den är framställd genom att samextrudera substratlagret samt propylensampolymerlagret eller -lagren.
9. Förfarande för bildande av en flerlagerfolie enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att ätminstone pä den ena ytan av ett polymer-eller sampolymersubstratlager bestäende av en 2-6 kolatomer innehallande alfaolef in bildas ett av propylen och en annan alfaolefin, vars molekyl innehaller 4-10 kolatomer, bestäende sampolymerlager, i vilket sampolymerens propylenhalt är 80-95 vikt-% av sampolymeren.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, kännetecknat därav, att substratlagret och propylensampolymerlagret eller -lagren samextruderas.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9 eller 10, kännetecknat därav, att sampolymerlagret, som appliceras pä substratlagret, innehäller en
