Claims (21)
1. Sulakehrätyt kuidut, jotka sisältävät ensimmäisenä polymeerina termoplastista alifaattista polyketonia ja toisena polymeerina polyolefiinia, poly- esteriä, polyamidia, polyoksimetyleeniä, polyuretaania, polyfenyleenisulfidia, polyfenyleenisulfonia, polyfenyleenieetteriä, polyfenyleeniketonia, polyfenylee- nieetteriketonia, nestekiteistä polymeeria ja/tai alifaattista polyketonia, jolloin po- lymeerit ovat kahden tai useamman kuitukomponentin muodossa, jotka ovat spatiaalisesti toisistaan erilleen mutta lähekkäin sijoittuneita ja jolloin siinä ta- pauksessa, että kuidut sisältävät toisena polymeerina alifaattista polyketonia, sen sulamislämpötila on vähintään 5 *C korkeampi kuin ensimmäisen polymee- rin alifaattisen polyketonin sulamislämpötila.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että termoplastinen alifaattinen polyketoni on läsnä matriksipolymeerina, joka sisältää polysiloksaanien tai poly(met)akrylaattien hiukkasia siihen disper- goituneina.
3. Jommankumman patenttivaatimuksista 1 ja 2 mukaiset sulakehrä- tyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että termoplastinen alifaattinen polyketoni on eteeni-propeeni-CO-terpolymeeri.
4. Ainakin yhden patenttivaatimuksista 1-3 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että kuidut sisältävät hapettumisenestoainetta, edul- lisesti steerisesti estynyttä fenolia, johon mahdollisesti yhdistetään lisästabiloin- tiaineita.
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että polyesteri on aromaattis-alifaattinen polyesterihomo- tai -kopolymeeri, — erityisesti polyeteenitereftalaatti-homopolymeeri tai eteenitereftalaattiyksikköjä sisältävä kopolymeeri.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että polyesteri on polykarbonaatti.
7. Ainakin yhden patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että ensimmäinen polymeeri ja toinen polymeeri ovat polymeeriseoksen muodossa, jolloin toinen polymeereista muodostaa matriksin ja toinen polymeeri on fibrillien muodossa kyseiseen matriksiin dispergoitu- neena.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut — siitä, että kuidut ovat saarekekuitujen muodossa, joissa yksi polymeeriainesosa on fibrillien muodossa polymeerisen matriksiainesosan sisään sijoittuneena.
9. Ainakin yhden patenttivaatimuksista 1-8 mukaiset sulakehratyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että kyseiset kuidut ovat sisäkkäiskomponenttikuitu- jen muodossa, jotka käsittävät alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan vaipan ja polyolefiinista, polyesteristä, polyamidista, polyoksimetyleenistä, polyuretaa- nista, polyfenyleenisulfidista, polyfenyleenisulfonista, polyfenyleenieetteristä, polyfenyleeniketonista, polyfenyleenieetteriketonista, nestekiteisestä polymee- rista ja/tai toisesta alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan ytimen.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunne- tut siitä, että kyseiset kuidut ovat sisäkkäiskomponenttikuitujen muodossa, jotka käsittävät alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan vaipan ja polyesteristä, polyfenyleenisulfidista, polyfenyleenieetteristä, polyfenyleeniketonista, polyfe- nyleenieetteriketonista tai toisesta alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan ytimen.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunne- tut siitä, että kyseiset kuidut ovat kyljittäiskomponenttikuitujen muodossa, jotka — käsittävät alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan faasiosuuden ja toisen, sen kanssa kosketuksessa olevan faasiosuuden, joka koostuu polyolefiinista, poly- esteristä, polyamidista, polyoksimetyleenistä, polyfenyleenisulfidista, polyfe- nyleenisulfonista, polyfenyleenieetteristä, polyfenyleeniketonista, polyfenylee- nieetteriketonista, nestekiteisestä polymeerista ja/tai toisesta alifaattisesta poly- — ketonista.
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunne- tut siitä, että kyseiset kuidut ovat kyljittäiskomponenttikuitujen muodossa, jotka käsittävät alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan faasiosuuden ja toisen, sen kanssa kosketuksessa olevan faasiosuuden, joka koostuu polyesteristä, polyfe- nyleenisulfidista, polyfenyleenieetteristä, polyfenyleeniketonista tai polyfenylee- nieetteriketonista.
13. Ainakin yhden patenttivaatimuksista 1-10 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että kyseiset kuidut ovat sisäkkäiskomponenttikuitu- jen muodossa, sisältävät termoplastisesta eteeni-propeeni-CO-terpolymeerista koostuvan vaipan ja polyolefiinista, polyesteristä, polyamidista, polyoksimety- leenistä, polyfenyleenisulfidista, polyfenyleenisulfonista, polyfenyleenieetteristä, polyfenyleeniketonista, polyfenyleenieetteriketonista, nestekiteisestä polymee- rista ja/tai toisesta alifaattisesta polyketonista koostuvan ytimen, jolloin vaipan massaosuus on 5 - 50 painoprosenttia ja ytimen massaosuus on 95 - 5 paino- prosenttia ja jolloin ydin ja/tai vaippa voi mahdollisesti sisältää vielä yhteensä jopa 10 painoprosenttia lisäaineita, erityisesti steerisesti estynyttä fenolia, UV-
stabilointiaineita, pigmenttejä, väriaineita, täyteaineita, himmenteitä, kostutteita, kiteytymistä nopeuttavia aineita, liukuaineita, liekinestoaineita, antistaattisia ai- neita, hydrolyysinestoaineita, pehmitteitä, iskulujuutta muuttavia aineita ja/tai fluoripolymeereja, jolloin ilmoitetut prosenttiosuudet perustuvat kuitujen koko- naismassaan.
14. Ainakin yhden patenttivaatimuksista 1-13 mukaiset sulakehrätyt kuidut, tunnetut siitä, että kyseiset kuidut ovat monofilamentteina päättö- mässä tai katkotussa ja kimpuiksi yhdistetyssä muodossa tai harjoina.
15. Tasomainen tekstiilituote, joka sisältää ainakin yhden patentti- vaatimuksista 1-14 mukaisia sulakehrättyjä kuituja kudotun kankaan, kude- neuloksen, loimineuloksen, punoksen tai suuntaiskuiturakenteen muodossa.
16. Ainakin yhden patenttivaatimuksista 1-14 mukaisten sulakehrät- tyjen kuitujen käyttö seulakudoksissa, kaasu- ja nestesuodattimiin tarkoitetuissa suodatuskankaissa, prosessihihnoissa ja kuivatushihnoissa sekä kaikenlaisiin puhdistustarkoituksiin soveltuvissa harjoissa.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että sulakehrättyjä kuituja käytetään leijutushihnoina, kartonkiteollisuuteen tarkoitet- tuina prosessihihnoina, kuljetushihnoina ja prosessihihnoina kuitukankaiden val- mistuksessa.
18. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että sulakehrättyjä kuituja käytetään kotitaloudessa tai henkilökohtaisessa hygieni- assa puhdistustarkoituksiin suunnitelluissa harjoissa, erityisesti hammashar- joissa.
19. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että sulakehrättyjä kuituja käytetään lyhyiksi katkottuina kuituina betonin ja kompo- siittien vahvistamiseen.
20. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että sulakehrättyjä kuituja käytetään monofilamenttien muodossa paperikoneiden kudonnaisvarusteissa, kuljetushihnoissa ja suodatussihdeissä.
21. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että sulakehrättyjä kuituja käytetään harjasten muodossa harjoissa, erityisesti ham- masharjoissa.
