Claims (12)
1. Prosessi marja- ja/tai hedelmämateriaalin konvertoimiseksi fraktioiksi, jotka käsittävät bioaktiivisia yhdisteitä, joilla on antimikrobista vaikutusta, tunnettu siitä, että prosessi käsittää vaiheet, missä vähintään yhtä marjojen, hedelmien, marjoista tai hedelmistä peräisin olevien sivutuotteiden, sivuvirtojen ja jätemateriaalien ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta valittua marjamateriaalia tai hedelmämateriaalia, jonka vesipitoisuus on 15 p-%, seulotaan, jolloin siemenfraktio erotetaan kuorifraktiosta, siemenfraktiolle suoritetaan hionta, missä 2-40 p-% siemenestä poistetaan ja saadaan siemenen päällysfraktio, joka käsittää siemenen pintakerroksen, ja hiotun siemenfraktion, joka käsittää hiotut siemenet, ja marjat valitaan sukujen Rubus, Sorbus, Rosa, Empetrum, Aronia ja Hippophae niiden yhdistelmien joukosta, ja hedelmät valitaan sukujen Vitis, Punica, Pyrus ja Malus, ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että marjamateriaali tai hedelmämateriaali esikäsitellään ennen seulomista ja esikäsittely voidaan toteuttaa suorittamalla marjamateriaalille tai hedelmämateriaalille lämpökäsittelyn, fermentoinnin, entsymaattisen käsittelynpuristuksen, puserruksen, kuivauksen, murskauksen ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta valittu menetelmä.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että marjamateriaali tai hedelmämateriaali fermentoidaan maitohappobakteerin avulla, edullisesti mainittu maitohappobakteeri valitaan sukujen Lactococcus, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus ja Oenococcus joukosta.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että marjamateriaali tai hedelmämateriaali käsitellään hiilihydraatteja hydrolysoivilla entsyymeillä, edullisesti entsyymit valitaan sellulaasin, pektinaasin, ksylanaasin ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että seulonta suoritetaan seulontalaitteen, ilmaluokituslaitteen, ilmasuihkuseulontalaitteen, sihtauslaitteen, kiertoseulontalaitteen tai kiertosihtauslaitteen avulla, edullisesti käytetä än tärinäseulontala i tetta.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että hionta suoritetaan hionta- tai kiillotuslaitteen laitteen avulla, joka valitaan viljan hiontalaitteiden, riisin hiontalaitteiden, suurimomyllyjen, kuorenpoistolaitteiden ja kiillotuslaitteiden joukosta.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-6 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että marjamateriaali tai hedelmämateriaali kuivataan kunnes sen vesipitoisuus on 0,1-10 p-%, edullisesti 0,1-8 p-%.
8. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että marjamateriaali tai hedelmämateriaali murskataan ennen seulontaa, edullisesti murskaimen avulla, joka valitaan telamurskaimen, pallomurskaimen, manuaalisen murskaimen, vaivaavan jauhimen tai a kneader grinder ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta.
9. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että hiottu siemenfraktio käsitellään enstyymillä, joka valitaan sellulaasin, pektinaasin, ksylanaasin ja niiden yhdistelmien joukosta, jolloin saadaan entsyymikäsitelty hiottu siemenfraktio.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että entsyymikäsitellylle hiotulle siemenfraktiolle tehdään uutto ylikriittisellä uuttomenetelmällä tai liuotinuuttomenetelmällä tai niiden yhdistelmällä.
11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukainen prosessi, tunnettu siitä, että hiottu siemenfraktio jauhetaan.
12. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukaisella prosessilla saadun hiotun siemenfraktion käyttö kosmeettisissa tuotteissa, hygieniatuotteissa, ravitsemustuotteissa, elintarvikkeissa, elintarvikelisissä, eläinten ruoissa, pakkauksissa ja farmaseuttisissa tuotteissa.
