Claims (10)

1. Isolerad DNA-molekyl, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäl-ler en DNA-sekvens, som kodar för ett Aspergillus niger se- 5 rinproteas, som är ett serinproteas med aminosyrasekvensen angiven i Sekvens 2 eller i Sekvens 7 av Sekvenslistan.
2. DNA-molekyl enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en DNA-sekvens, som är kodingsregionen för 10 pepC angiven i Sekvens 1 eller kodingsregionen för pepD angiven i Sekvens 6.
3. Hybridvektor, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en DNA-molekyl enligt patentkravet 1. 15
4. Hybridvektor enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad därav, att DNA-sekvensen, som kodar för ett Aspergillus niger serinproteas av subtilisintyp, är funktionellt kopplad till re-gleringselement, som är lämpliga för att uttrycka en sädan
20 DNA-sekvens i en lämplig värdcell.
5.
