Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för mätning av elektrokemiluminescensfenomen i en lösning eller i en fast fas som avgränsas mot en lösning 20 genom att föra en komponent som är kapabel tili elektro-kemiluminescens i beröring med ett oxiderbart amin, och genom att utsätta den för en elektronisk spänning i syfte att inducera elektrokemiluminescens, och genom att detektera den elektromagnetiska strälningen, kännetecknat 25 av att lösningen innehäller en detergent, vilken är fett-alkoholetoxylater, Plantaren och/eller oktylglukosid.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat 30 av att som fettalkoholetoxylat används Polidocanol, C14-E09, Genapol eller C8-E09.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att lösningen innehäller en eller flera alkali- 35 eller jordalkalimetallhalogenider.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-3, känneteck- 111415 n a t av att lösningens pH-värde är mellan 6,5 och 9,0.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkraven 1-4, känneteck-n a t av att elektrokemiluminescensen avstäms genom att 5 använda maximalt 2,2 V rektangulärspänning eller maximalt 3,0 V rampspännig.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5 för detektering av en analyt, kännetecknat av att 10 komponenten som är kapabel tili elektrokemiluminescens är ett tecken pä en analyt, en analytanalog eller ett analytspecifikt ämne, och strälningen som detekteras är mättet pä analytens närvaro.
7. Reagenslösning för att mätä elektrokemiska fenomen, innefattande elektrokemiskt oxiderbart amin, som är ett kraftigt reduktionsmedel i oxiderat tillständ, k ä n n e-tecknad av att den innefattar en detergent, som är fettalkoholetoxylat, Plantaren och/eller oktylglukosid. 20
8. Reagenslösning enligt patentkrav 6, känneteck-n a d av att den innefattar detergent i en koncentration av 0,001 - 1 %.
9. Reagenslösning enligt patentkrav 6 eller 7, k ä n n e-tecknad av att den dessutom innefattar alkalklorid i en koncentration av 0,05 - 0,5 mol/1.
10. Reagenslösning enligt patentkrav 6-8, känne-30tecknad av att dess pH-värde är mellan 6,5 och 9,0.
