Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåte for måling av elektrokjemiluminescensfenomener i en løsning eller fra en fast fase som grenser opp mot løsningen, hvor en komponent egnet for elektrokjemiluminescens bringes i kontakt med et oksiderbart amin og det pålegges en elektrisk spenning for å indusere elektrokjemiluminescensen og påvise den elektromagnetiske stråling, karakterisert ved at løsningen inneholder en detergent utvalgt fra fettalkoholetoksylater, plantaren og oktylglukosid eller en blanding derav.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at det som fettalkoholetoksylat anvendes polydocanol, C14-E09, Genapol eller C8-E09.
3. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at løsningen inneholder ett eller flere alkali- eller j ordalkalihalogenider.
4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge kravene 1-3, karakterisert ved atpHi løsningen ligger mellom 6,5 og 9,0.
5. Fremgangsmåte ifølge kravene 1 -4, karakterisert ved at elektrokjemiluminescensen stimuleres ved å pålegge en firkantspenning på maksimalt 2,2 volt eller en terskelspenning på maksimalt 3,0 volt.
6. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et av kravene 1-5 for påvisning av en analytt, karakterisert ved at komponenten egnet for elektrokjemiluminescens er et merke for en analytt, en ana- lyttanalog eller en analyttspesifikk forbindelse og den detekterbare stråling representerer et mål for tilstedeværelsen av analytten.
7. Reagensløsning for måling av elektrokjemiske fenomener, inneholdende et elektrokjemisk oksiderbart amin som i oksidert tilstand representerer et sterkt reduksjonsmiddel, karakterisert ved at løsningen inneholder en detergent utvalgt fra fettalkoholetoksylat, plantaren og ; oktylglukosid eller en blanding derav.
8. Reagensløsning ifølge krav 7, karakterisert ved at detergenten inneholdes i en konsentrasjon fra 0,001 til 1 %.
9. Reagensløsning ifølge krav 7 eller 8, karakterisert ved at den ytterligere inneholder et alkaliklorid i en konsentrasjon fra 0,05 mmol/1 til 0,5 mol/1.
10. Reagensløsning ifølge kravene 7-9, karakterisert ved at den har en pH mellom 6,5 og 9,0.
