Claims (3)

1. Förfarande för framställning av difenylsulfonföreningar med formeln (I) HQ —^ SOz —^ OR (I), i vilken formel R är en alkyl som innehäller 1...8 kolatomer, en cykloalkyl som innehäller 3...8 kolatomer, en alkenyl som innehäller 2...8 kolatomer eller en arylalkyl, vars aromatiska ring kan vara substituerad med en eller flera substituenter, medan förfarandet omfattar en reaktion mellan 4,4'-dihydroxidi-fenylsulfon ooh en förening med formeln (II) R - X (II) , i vilken formel R betyder detsamma som definierades ovan och X är en halogenatom, kännetecknat därav, att reak-tionen utförs i 0,3...1,5 vikt-andelar vattenhaltigt lösnings-·;··: medel per en viktandel 4,4 '-dihydroxidifenylsulfon, i närvaro :Y av 1,5-3 mol natriumhydroxid per ett mol 4,4'-dihydroxidifenyl- : sulfon.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat . . därav, att det vattenhaltiga lösningsmedlet innehäller natrium- klorid eller natriumbromid.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att förening enligt formeln (I) är 4-n-propoxi-4 '-hydroxidifenylsulfon eller 4-isopropoxi-4 '-hydroxidifenyl- Y sulfon.
