Claims (17)
1. Förfarande för rening av etylendiamintetra-(metylenfosfonsyra) eller 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyklododekan- 5 1,4,7,10-tetra(metylenfosfonsyra), känneteck- n a t därav, att det omfattar följande steg: (a) arainofosfonsyran löses i en vattenlösning av en bas, (b) för äterutfällning av aminofosfonsyran sätts 10 lösningen, som erhällits i steg (a), tili en syralösning, som häns vid en förhöjd temperatur, (c) lösningen upphettas en tillräckligt läng tid för att säkerställa, att utfällning av aminofosfonsyran har börjat, 15 (d) aminofosfonsyrakristallerna filtreras, och (e) kristallerna tvättas med vatten.
2. Förfarande för rening av etylendiamintetra-(metylenfosfonsyra) eller 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyklododekan- 1,4,7,10-tetra(metylenfosfonsyra), känneteck- 20. a t därav, att det omfattar följande steg: (a) aminofosfonsyran löses i en vattenlösning av en bas, (b) för äterutfällning av aminofosfonsyran sätts lösningen, som erhällits i steg (a), tili en syralösning, . , 25 som hälls vid en förhöjd temperatur, « (c) aminofosfonsyrakristallerna filtreras, och (d) kristallerna tvättas med vatten.
3. Förfarande för rening av etylendiamintetra-(metylenfosfonsyra) eller 1,4,7,lO-tetraazacyklododekan- 30 1,4,7,10-tetra(metylenfosfonsyra), känneteck- ' n a t därav, att det omfattar följande steg: •« (a) aminofosfonsyran löses i en vattenlösning av en bas, (b) för äterutfällning av aminofosfonsyran sätts 35 lösningen, som erhällits i steg (a), tili en syralösning, • · 105033 (c) aminofosfonsyrakristallerna filtreras, och (d) kristallerna tvättas med vatten.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknat därav, att vattenlösningen av en 5 bas i steg (a) är ammoniumhydroxid.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att syralösningen i steg (b) är en mineralsyralösning.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 5, k ä n n e - 10 tecknat därav, att mineralsyran är vätekloridsyra.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att pH är 0 - 4.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknat därav, att upphettningstiden i steg (c) är 15 0,5-3 timmar.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat därav, att upphettningstiden är 0,5 - 1 timmar.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e -20 tecknat därav, att temperaturen i steg (c) är 35 - 105 °C.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 10, kännetecknat därav, att temperaturen är 70 - 105 °C.
12. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e -25 tecknat därav, att stegen (a) - (e) uppprepas minst en gäng.
13. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att efter steg (c) och före filtreringssteget innehäller förfarandet ett steg, där 30 lösningen kyls, och den hälls kyld en tillräckligt läng tid för att aminofosfonsyran utfälls. •'
