Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE LA N-(3-TRIFLUOROMETILFENIL)-N-PROPARGIL-PIPERAZINA Y DE SUS SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDOS FISIOLOGICAMENTE COMPATIBLES. CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (I) CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA X-CH2-CH2-X EN LA QUE X ES UN GRUPO FACILMENTE SEPARABLE EN FORMA ANIONICA. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE COMO TOLUENO EVENTUALMENTE EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACEPTOR ACIDO COMO TRIETILAMINA A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE LA AMBIENTE Y LA DE EBULLICION DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION. ESTE COMPUESTO TIENE APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS POR SUS PROPIEDADES ANALGESICAS.
