EL PRECIPITADO SE FRACCIONA Y LA FRACCION INSOLUBLE SE DISUELVE EN AGUA Y DESPUES DE DIALISIS CON ACETONA SE FRACCIONA ENTRE 1,2 Y 2,4 VOLUMENES DE ACETONA, Y SE CROMATOGRAFIA A TRAVES DE UN TAMIZ MOLECULAR.
