PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE ENDOPROTEINASA-LYS-C A PARTIR DE BACTERIAS. CONSISTE EN EL CULTIVO DE UNA CEPA DE BACTERIA ADECUADA, Y OBTENER LA ENZIMA A PARTIR DEL CALDO DE CULTIVO POR PRECIPITACION MEDIANTE SULFATO AMONICO. EL PRECIPITADO SE FRACCIONA Y LA FRACCION INSOLUBLE SE DISUELVE EN AGUA Y DESPUES DE DIALISIS CON ACETONA SE FRACCIONA ENTRE 1,2 Y 2,4 VOLUMENES DE ACETONA, Y SE CROMATOGRAFIA A TRAVES DE UN TAMIZ MOLECULAR. LA ENZIMA TIENE UN OPTIMO DE PH DE 7,7 Y ES INHIBIDA POR APROTININA, Y NO INHIBIDA POR <007> -NACROGLOBULINA, <007> -ANTITRIPSINA Y ACIDO ETILENDIAMINOTETRAACETICO. >ESTA ENZIMA TIENE APLICACIONES PARA LA DETERMINACION DE SECUENCIAS DE PROTEINAS Y PEPTIDOS Y PARA EL TRATAMIENTO TERAPEUTICO EN EL CASO DE PERTURBACIONES DE COAGULACION.
