Abstract
Procedimiento para la transformación de residuos ácidos de sales, llamados refinados, que resultan en la purificación de ácido fosfórico mediante extracción con disolventes, en un producto sólido para vertedero, en el que se hace reaccionar el refinado, que contiene agua, con cal hidratada o cal apagada o calcinada en forma sólida, caracterizado porque a) en los refinados se ajusta un contenido de agua tal que después de la reacción con la cal hidratada o la cal apagada o calcinada se obtiene una suspensión acuosa, apta para la filtración; b) se añade a los refinados una cantidad tal de la cal hidratada o de la cal apagada o calcinada que la torta de filtración resultante después de la reacción y filtración de la papilla de reacción formada en este caso tiene en suspensión acuosa un valor de pH de 9 a 14; c) la papilla de reacción es filtrada ya antes de la terminación de la reacción, cuando su valor de pH ha alcanzado un valor de 5 a 8, y porque d) se hace reaccionar totalmente la torta defiltración obtenida en esta filtración y se la lleva al vertedero.
