Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de glucosa de materias primas vegetales celulósicas, que se disgregan por medio del tratamiento de presión por vapor y desfribación, caracterizado porque el tratamiento de presión por vapor se realiza con vapor saturado a temperaturas de 160 a 230º C durante 2 minutos hasta 4 horas, las así disgregadas materias primas vegetales se lixivian con una solución acuoso-alcalina y porque el resto de materia fibrosa se somete a una hidrólisis ácida o encimática.
